# DealSpark Shipping Policy

## How orders are fulfilled

DealSpark uses third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners to fulfill orders. Products may be shipped directly from the supplier or fulfillment partner rather than from a DealSpark-owned warehouse.

## Order processing and delivery estimates

Processing and delivery times depend on the product, supplier, destination, shipping method, and carrier. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or on a product page are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

## Shipping costs

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping availability and costs may vary by product and destination.

## Tracking and multiple shipments

Tracking information will be provided when it is made available by the supplier or carrier. If an order contains products fulfilled by different suppliers, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

## Delays and delivery problems

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, supplier availability, or other circumstances outside the estimated delivery schedule.

If your order is delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or an item has not arrived within the stated delivery estimate, contact DealSpark with your order number. We will work with the relevant supplier or fulfillment partner to investigate.

## Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipping.

## Customs and import charges

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangement. Any applicable charges and the party responsible for paying them depend on the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
