DealSpark Refund & Return Policy

DealSpark works with third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners to fulfill customer orders. Depending on the product, an order may be shipped directly from a supplier to the customer.

Order cancellations

Please contact DealSpark as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders may be processed or shipped by our suppliers soon after purchase, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product, the supplier's applicable return conditions, the condition of the item, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Contact DealSpark before sending any item back. We will review the request and provide the appropriate instructions. Please do not return products to an address unless we have confirmed that return location and process with you.

Items approved for return may need to be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless the product's return conditions or applicable law provide otherwise.

Change-of-mind returns may not be available for every product. Any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated before a return is arranged, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

DealSpark will work with the relevant supplier or fulfillment partner to review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy may be available.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, we will explain the next steps. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures and applicable law. Processing times may vary.

Third-party fulfillment

Our suppliers and fulfillment partners may handle inventory, packing, shipping, and certain return logistics. However, customers should contact DealSpark directly about orders placed through our store. We will coordinate with the relevant partner where necessary.
